To open branches abd squadrons throughout Australia and to establish clubrooms so that a complete training programme may be carried out.

To provide scholarships for the advanced training of members in theory, technical or flying activities.

The promotion of good citizenship and the development of the ingenuity and resourcefulness of members by training them to be self-relaint.

To develop the physical and mental standards of members by promoting sports and other healthy activities.
